 All goods are subject to prior sale.

| All items we offer are guaranteed to be as described. |
| Prices quoted are in US dollars and do not include taxes for Canadian residents. |
| JK Militaria reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction prior to receipt of goods by you (the customer). In the case of a cancelled transaction, a refund will follow. |
| PURCHASING |
| You may pay using your credit card through Paypal. Contact us for a shipping options and we'll invoice you through the Paypal system. You may also pay by certified check, money order or a personal check. |
| PAYPAL CREDIT CARD PAYMENT |
| We now only accept credit card payments through Paypal. Canadian residents may be invoiced in Canadian dollars using Paypal's exchange rate. |
| JK Militaria will only ship to address provided by Paypal. This is done for mutual protection. |
| CHECK OR MONEY ORDER |
| If paying by check or money order, please contact JK Militaria for additional information. PLEASE NOTE: Personal checks (uncertified) must clear before merchandise is shipped. Most U.S. personal checks take approximately 25 business days to clear the Canadian banking system; other international personal checks take a minimum of 30 business days. To avoid delayed shipment, payment by money order or certified check is recommended.

| SHIPPING AND HANDLING |
| PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs of fragile and large items are extra and will be quoted per each item. |
| We do not charge for handling/packing. |
| Purchased items are sent by Postal Service or UPS. Registered Mail is reliable, but is not tracked outside of Canada and we will not be responsible for the loss or damage. There is no registration available with small packets. Delivery via UPS is recommended as tracking feature works with any shipment. |
Small packet Air (withing US/Canada) - this option is used with thicker items or larger orders/packages Expedited and Expresspost may be available - this includes tracking number but costs are higher and we will quote prices on individual basis.

| Shipping charges via UPS: Please contact us for a quote (depends on type of service, weight/dimensions and destination). Note that International (outside of USA/Canada) shipping is limited to 'Expedited' or 'Express' type of service only. Approximate prices for delivery of letter size (00, 000) bubble envelope weighting up to 1lb (0.45 kg): Within USA/Canada using standard (ground) service: USD 18.00 International Expedited level of service: USD 52.00 |
| Brokerage and/or Customs fees and regional taxes are not included and are your responsibility. Most antiques (items over 80 years old) are duty free. UPS Air does include brokerage in their fees. |
| Some items may not be shipped to certain countries, due to their respective government's restrictions. You will be advised if such is the case in relation to your order. |
| RETURN POLICY |
| Returns of undamaged, unaltered, sale-condition items will be accepted within 10 days from date of receipt of the goods. Return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed. Money (or refund to your credit card) is sent upon receipt of returned goods.
