	The Commemorative Medal for War of Liberation/Independence. Instituted in 1918. Medal in iron, original black finish mostly gone. There were also silver-plated medals, which are believed to been made in Germany afterwards. Marked to bottom of reverse. Attractive design with cross of liberty, arms with swords to top, date 1918 to bottom. Reverse of Finnish lion with sword in paw, stepping over another sword. Original ribbon is faded with age. Signs of rust (spotty though). No damage otherwise. Original suspension. 30mm in diameter. Item # Fin 4. SOLD	SOLD
