The Battle of Zborov was a small part of the Kerensky Offensive (the last Russian offensive in World War I, taking place in July 1917). These did not exist without swords as it was purely a military award. Obverse of 3 soldiers, inscribed 'Za zasluhy', C.S.R. to bottom. Reverse of national symbol of linden tree branch within rayed disc. Medal is in 900 silver as marked to the bottom of reverse along with 2 other mint marks.
